Is there a lift or stairs only?
Stairs only — one flight from the shop/road side, two flights from the underground car park.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in from 3:00pm, check-out by 10:00am. No flexibility — it's a large apartment needing a full clean between guests. Luggage drop-off just inside the door is fine before official check-in.
How do I access the apartment?
You'll receive a welcome email 3 days before arrival with detailed self check-in instructions.
What's your payment and cancellation policy?
Full payment is taken 3 days prior to arrival. From that point, standard bookings are non-refundable.
Is parking included?
Yes — your own allocated underground car park spot, included at no extra cost. Height clearance is 2.1m.
Are pets allowed?
No, sorry — pets aren't permitted.
Is there a minimum stay?
2 nights minimum. One-night stays available on request.
Do you provide a highchair or travel cot?
Yes, both available on request.
Is there an oven?
There's a stovetop, microwave and a Weber BBQ on the balcony, but no oven.
